About the Role
The Sales Representative is responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within Singapore by effectively selling the Volkswagen Car ‘s and/or related services through personal contacts and securing new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving individual sales target across retail passenger car sales volume, insurance, and financial sales volume
- Identify business opportunities, prospects and evaluating customer level of interest, developing, and proposing sales, finance options
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers, build rapport to recruit new customers
- Demonstrates highest degree of professionalism, customer service, integrity, and honesty when handling customer's queries
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ levels with at least 2 years of sales experience with a valid Class 3 driving license
- Candidates with automotive sales and/or corporate, fleet sales experience with professional training, certification to sell and explain technical products will be an added advantage
- Highly motivated individual with a strong sales dedication to excel and team player mentality
- Responsible, performance orientation and independent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is essential, and at least basic skills in a second language are required to communicate with customers who are not fluent in English
- Good Microsoft Office skills are required
